One of the most enjoyable things about expanding our services to include maternity and newborn portraits is getting to work with our couples beyond their wedding day. Somehow, in the short time we’ve been offering these new options, we’ve already been able to work with 3 couples that we’ve known for years!

Madyson and Daniel are that third couple. Just 2 days shy of their 2nd anniversary AND on Father’s Day, I got to photograph their maternity session at South Holston Lake. I just love working with this couple and it was so good to see them again! (Though we have to stop meeting in the middle of the summer heat!)

Madyson, you look so stunning as a mom! I can’t wait to meet baby Dexter in just a few more weeks and hear all about Daniel’s plans to turn him into a mechanical genius with a love of fishing! It’s going to be such a fun journey I’m sure!
